Gates PowerGrip GT4 8MGT & 14MGT Synchronous Belts

The latest in industrial rubber synchronous technology from Gates®. PowerGrip GT4 is an ethylene elastomer, high-torque, synchronous belt that drives the highest power-carrying capacity of any belt in its class.

• Offers an increased power capacity, giving users the option of using a narrower belt.
• Expanded temperature range of between -40ºC to +120ºC.
• Requires no lubrication or re-tensioning and virtually no maintenance.
• Creates less vibration and less noise than both v-belts and chain drives.
• More environmentally-friendly - made without harmful chlorinated compounds and 100% halogen-free.
• High tooth-jump resistance.
• Available in standard widths of 12, 20, 30, 50, and 85mm (8MGT), and 40, 55, 85, 115, and 170mm (14MGT).
• Static conductive (ISO 9563), and can be used in conditions described in the Directive 2014/34/EU-ATEX.
• Suitable for a wide-range of industries including construction, aggregates, agriculture, and paper; as well as in applications such as compressors and pumps.
