Hayley Group, one of the UK’s leading industrial supply specialists, has recently expanded their custom hose assembly cell at its central Fluid Power facility. Hayley Fluid Power is located on the Forge Trading Estate in Halesowen and will now have additional capacity and equipment to cater for the continued growth in demand for custom hydraulic and industrial hoses.


The enhanced assembly cell will provide a true port-to-port, leak-free solution for both OEM and MRO customers across the country. Working in conjunction with the Hayley Group nationwide network of over 50 branches, Hayley Fluid Power provides same, next-day, and scheduled delivery options.


The cell has an ability to deal with hydraulic hose up to 2” R15, and 6” for industrial hoses, with additional testing, cleaning, and flushing capabilities. The innovative equipment at the new assembly cell is capable of producing bespoke one-off hoses, kits and bundling for OEM customers, prototyping, and 3D CAD design. Strict quality management processes have also been put into place, to guarantee customer satisfaction every time.


This latest round of developments follows a major reconfiguration of the dedicated Hayley Fluid Power facility to house additional stock, workshop space for in-house innovation and assembly, and office space for an ever-expanding team of specialist fluid power staff.
