The Group’s success has been based upon a high degree of autonomy being afforded to branch/divisional managers, allowing them to serve local markets in the most appropriate manner, recognising that Hayley Group’s reputation and the trust and confidence of those with whom we deal are among our most vital assets. The protection of our reputation is of fundamental importance and is every employee’s responsibility. We are committed to compliance with those laws, regulations and standard which apply to our business activities. We expect all our employees to conduct their business dealings honestly, openly, fairly and in a courteous manner. We expect no less of all those with whom we do business.

We have always valued the people and relationships that have carried us thus far and enabled us to plan for the future. We respect the rights and dignity of all our employees. We are committed to creating a challenging environment of empowerment and continuous learning, generating a common sense of purpose and pride in working for the Group. We aim to establish clear values and objectives so that all employees understand and are committed to the aims of the Group and see their role within it. We will seek to realise the potential of employees, recognise individual and team contributions and reward competitively relative to our success.

Hayley Group will recruit and promote employees on the basis of their suitability for the job in line with our Equal Opportunities Policy and not discriminate on ground of race, ethnic origin, religion, political or other opinion, nationality, colour, gender, age, marital status or disability unrelated to the task at hand. We will not tolerate sexual, physical or mental harassment of employees and will not employ child labour.

We are committed to providing a safe and secure working environment in line with our Health & Safety Policy and Environmental Policy.
