TrackUp - A Focus on Value
The TrackUp programme is based on the philosophy of creating value for our customers. For Hayley, TrackUp acts as a process and platform for recognising, recording, reporting and repeating the ways in which we deliver value on a daily basis. It also allows the sharing best practice across the breadth of the DEXIS Europe network, inspiring others to identify opportunities for value both in the UK and abroad.

We are more than just a partner for component supply, and the work that is recorded on TrackUp helps us to differentiate ourselves from competitors, particularly online-only suppliers. For example, online-only suppliers are unable to uncover the often-hidden opportunities for value that comes with Hayley personnel having detailed knowledge of the products and services we offer, and an equal understanding of our customers and their requirements and common challenges.

Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
We have assisted the customer in reducing their asset costs (e.g., by enabling stock reduction, consignment stock, vendor management inventory).
We have assisted the customer in reducing their expenditure (e.g., by supplying a product with a longer service life, delivering a service that will allow equipment to last longer, or by reducing labour costs).
We have assisted the customer in either protecting or increasing their income (e.g., reduce downtime, increase operational efficiency/productivity).
We have delivered or facilitated the delivery of services (e.g., site surveys, training, technical support), for the customer.
Process & Systems
We have assisted the customer in reducing their process costs (e.g., consolidated invoicing, EDI, kitting).
