ROCOL® TUFLUBE ALLWEATHER is an extreme heavy-duty, versatile and highly adhesive grease suited to a wide-range of applications. The product is a highly adhesive, high-load grease which can even be applied underwater. It will continue operating even when used in submerged or tidal flow conditions.
- Ideal for protecting jacking and open-gear systems in marine, offshore and freshwater environments.
- Offers outstanding corrosion protection, physical and chemical protection against pitting and corrosion.
- Protects against metal wear.
- Extremely adhesive, with a blend of high-tac boosters ensuring staying power.
- Can be applied in wet or submerged environments.
- Tough, tenacious, self-repairing film which maintains lubricant film on the surface longer than conventional lubricants.
- Outstanding load-carrying capacity and is able to cope with extremely high loads.
- Temperature range: -30ºC to +70°C.
- Free of bitumen and solvents.
- Recommended applications include; jacking systems, open gears, rollers, slew rings, cantilevers, booms, telescopic arms, winches, joints & couplings, penstocks, sluice gates, winding gears & locks, and water treatment facilities.
