Series D is a new valve system from Camozzi that ensures maximum flexibility and productivity across many primary industrial automation processes. Modular and flexible, the single pneumatic and electric sub-bases and simple valve connection system of Series D, makes it an ideal solution for those requiring a quick and simple installation.
- Available in both multipole and serial communication versions.
- Offers flexible valve connection I/O modules.
- Protocols available: PROFIBUS-DP, CANopen, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, EtherCAT, IO Link.
- Equipped with CoilVision® technology which monitors and predicts wear and efficiency status of selected parts of the valve island.
- CoilVision® is capable of creating a data feed which can be sent to a PLC/wireless IIOT gateway and the Cloud.
- Available in four sizes ranging from 10.5mm (flow: 250 Nl/min) to 25mm (flow: 2000 Nl/min). This means that there is a suitable Series D product for most applications.
- Sizes 1 & 2 offer a compact design with individual and modular sub-bases in technopolymer, highly expandable electric and pneumatic functionality.
- Size 4 is particluarly suitable for applications requiring high flow rates and provides a robust and compact design.
- Size 5 is a single island with a mix of sizes (10.5 and 16) that offers one Multipole or Fieldbus connection with common positional fixings and single modularity.
