Leading UK industrial supply specialists, Hayley Group Limited, has acquired the assets of fellow West Midland-based industrial vending specialists, IVTS Limited. Both companies have a long-standing partnership providing industrial product vending solutions to a wide range of industry sectors, across the UK.
The deal enables Hayley Group to develop its in-house capabilities, covering industrial vending machines, RFID storeroom solutions, locker systems as well as its own inventory management system called SmartTime.
Staff from IVTS will now become direct employees of Hayley Group, merging with Hayley Group’s Value-Added Solutions Division. Gary Quinlan, Hayley Group, Joint Managing Director, stated: “The technology and skill set that IVTS has fits perfectly with our wider strategy as a business.”
Customers that want tighter control over their inventory can achieve this utilising Hayley’s SmartVend vending and SmartTime stores management solutions. Closer integration between the two entities will further support our Value-Added Solutions offer within the marketplace.
